This type of rack system is designed to store palletized materials and can be customized to your specific needs. The most commonly used is the selective pallet racking system which always provides accessibility to your products so you can load and unload with ease.

Cantilever Racking

Ease of Access

img38.1.1.avif

Cantilever racks are ideal for the storage of long, bulky items such as pipes, lumber, and sheet metal. They feature arms that extend from vertical columns, providing easy access to materials.

Carton Flow

Continuous Inventory Rotation

img29.1.0.avif

Carton flow racks are designed for high-density storage of cartons or bins and are ideal for high volume case-pick and piece-pick applications. Products are loaded from one end, and they flow down to the other end for easy picking and restocking. This system is ideal for continuous inventory rotation.

Push-Back Racking

High Density Storage

img11.1.0.avif

This rack system allows for the storage of pallets on a series of nested carts. When a new pallet is loaded, it pushes the existing pallets back. This system allows for higher storage density than any other rack system.

Gravity Flow Racking

Materials Stay Safe

img-5.1.0.avif

Gravity flow racks use a sloped design and rollers or wheels to allow products to flow from the loading end to the unloading end, making them suitable for high-volume order picking. The pallet flow system typically has complex motion and braking systems in place to control the speed of the moving pallet, so your materials stay safe.

Drive-In/Drive-Through Racking

Multi-Level Handling

These systems are designed for storing products on multiple levels and are accessed by driving a forklift into the rack system, which is called the bay. Drive-in racking is a last-in, first-out (LIFO) system, while drive-through racking is a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system. This rack system is easy to change, move, or upgrade as needed.
